This is a two piece layered necklace set, and each necklace has its own clasp so can be worn separately as well. This piece features Margaret of Anjou, who was Queen of England by marriage to King Henry VI. Through marriage, she was also nominally Queen of France from 1445 to 1453. The glass focal is set in an antiqued Sterling plated bezel atop a vintage German Art Nouveau Copper frame given a blackened oxidized finish. It hangs from a Pocket Watch style ring that I fashioned from various components. The chains are a mix of antiqued silver plated styles. The shorter necklace features two gothic hands holding rings, along with a faceted glass bead and closes at the back with a lobster clasp (the length can be adjusted as the clasp closes on any of the paperclip chain links. The longer piece closes with a toggle clasp at the back.
